How to predict RfxCas13d sgRNA on-target efficiency

1. Select prediction type sgRNA at Step 1.

2. Import the sgRNA sequence at Step 2. Here we provide two input type:

1). Sequence Input: user can type/paste one sequence or Enter-separated list of sequences.

2). File Input: user can upload a .txt or .fasta file.

3. Click Submit and we will generate Deep Score for each sgRNA.

How to design RfxCas13d sgRNAs for one target sequence

1. Select prediction type Target at Step 1.

2. Import the single target sequence at Step 2. Here we provide two input type:

1). Sequence Input: user can type/paste the whole target sequence.

2). File Input: user can upload a .txt or .fasta file.

3. Click Submit and we will figure out all possible sgRNAs and predict Deep Score for each sgRNA.

About the output

The output contains these information:

1). sgRNA ID number

2). sgRNA sequence

3). sgRNA MFE structure

4). DeepScore to indicate the on-target effect

5). Lentiviral Deficiency Score to indicate crRNA-specific lentiviral deficency effect
